More important work the quarter is to present/display impartial information and needs on the events, problems and policies for the public. Without public scrutiny, the administrations can become a broth of culture for the bad and dangerous ideas. In the last years, for several reasons - including the psychological manipulation shining of the nation after the 11 of September of 2001, the attacks - the American mass media have allowed that civil servants of the administration to present/display the information to the public without having to worry to respond much to the uncomfortable questions or that its policies deconstruido for the public consumption.
