This book is a chronological narration of the experiences of Evgenii Moniushko, that lived and survived the first year of the site of Leningrad and that served like official junior in the Red Army during last the 18 months military and the first year as the Soviet occupation as Czechoslovakia and Hungary. Like so, it provides an intensely human vision of the military life to the day, as much in the combat and to have of the trimming and a unique perspective on the conditions that it and other soldiers supported whereas in the military service.
